Terms and Conditions

1. Provider and scope
These terms apply to paid film-streaming offers from AVG Filmproduktion e.U., Hermann Weiskopf, Grauer-Stein-Weg 9, 6020 Innsbruck, Austria, [email protected]. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. Order and contract
Film descriptions invite an order. Before Stripe, the film, total price, and these terms are shown. By placing the order labelled as carrying an obligation to pay, you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when payment succeeds and the film is unlocked; confirmation is sent by email.

3. Prices and payment
Prices are total prices in the displayed currency including applicable VAT. Stripe Checkout processes payment with its available methods. AVG Filmproduktion does not store complete card or bank details.

4. Digital content and access
Purchase grants a personal, non-transferable right to stream the selected film through your account. Downloading, public performance, copying, sharing, bypassing technical measures, or commercial use is prohibited unless agreed in writing. A current browser, sufficient internet connection, and verified account are required. Maintenance or rights restrictions may temporarily affect access; statutory conformity and warranty rights remain unaffected.

5. Withdrawal for digital content
Consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. Immediate film access begins only if you expressly request delivery before that period ends and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost when delivery begins. The order flow and contract confirmation record this consent and acknowledgement. Without them, immediate Checkout does not start.

6. Account
You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and promptly report unauthorised use. Accounts may not be shared or used unlawfully.

7. Conformity and liability
Statutory rules for digital services apply. AVG Filmproduktion remains fully liable for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, and mandatory liability. Otherwise statutory liability applies and consumer rights are not restricted.

8. Contact, law, and disputes
Send questions or complaints to [email protected]. Austrian law applies, excluding the CISG, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection at their habitual residence. Statutory consumer jurisdiction applies.

9. Final provisions
If a term is ineffective, the remaining terms continue and the statutory rule applies.
