Ride Back To Best Age

After a doctor’s appointment brings warnings about weight, high blood pressure, and a strict diet, Hermann Weiskopf suddenly feels old. Instead of accepting that fear, he rides his Vespa toward Lake Garda and looks for answers from people with very different views on ageing: a priest, a young woman, doctors, witnesses of history, friends, and people living with illness and finitude.

Between comic moments, self-doubt, Italian joie de vivre, and serious conversations about responsibility, death, family, and memory, his perspective begins to shift. In the end, Hermann no longer sees ageing only as loss, but as a privilege and a chance to live more consciously in the here and now.
